Thirty days from the moment your Kit arrives. Honest, direct, no re-stocking fees. Full refund on unopened kits (1-month or 3-month supply). Reorders follow the usual cosmetic hygiene standard.

If the Kit is unopened

Email hello@vida.com within thirty days of delivery. We send a prepaid return label and refund the purchase price to the original card as soon as the package is scanned by the carrier.

If the Kit is opened and your skin did not agree

Write to us with a brief note on what you noticed and which formula is involved. A bottle is small; we do not need it back to make it right. Depending on the situation we send a partial refund, a store credit, or a replacement formula from a different axis of the ritual.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photo of the carton and any affected formula within seven days of delivery. We replace the Kit without asking you to ship anything back.

No subscription to cancel

Each Kit is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Reorders happen only when you click Start again from the landing page. The thirty-day refund window covers every individual order.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued by Shopify to the original card. Banks typically post them within five to ten business days.
