Shipping.

The Kit ships free within the United States. No minimum, no membership fee, no surprise at checkout.

Where we ship

The United States only, including APO/FPO and US territories. We do not yet ship internationally; when that changes, we will announce it in the Companion brief.

How long it takes

  • Order confirmation arrives from Shopify within a few minutes of checkout.
  • Fulfillment is one to two business days. If you order on a weekend or holiday, we pack the next business day.
  • Delivery is typically three to five business days after fulfillment, depending on the carrier.

Tracking

Shopify emails a tracking link the moment the label prints. That email is the canonical source for every shipment — Vida itself does not hold carrier data. If you need a replacement link, email hello@vida.com from the address on your order.

Reorder cadence

Each kit is a one-time purchase. When your supply is ending (roughly 14 days and again 3 days before), we email a reminder so you can reorder at your pace. No recurring charge, nothing to cancel.

A package went missing

If a shipment is marked delivered but has not arrived, wait twenty-four hours (carriers sometimes scan early) and then email us. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement when that is the right outcome.
